Qualifications

• Healthcare expertise and broad research experience in healthcare/public affairs
• 8-10+ years across research categories; prior client-service experience preferred
• Experience with media measurement across earned/owned/paid
• Proficiency with leading media tools (Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Cision, Signal AI)
• Interest in AI applications for search measurement and analytics
• Strong analytical and storytelling ability; able to translate data to insights
• Proven project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end analytics and research assignments for healthcare clients.
• Advise clients and senior leaders with strategic recommendations from data.
• Counsel on intelligence best practices and integration strategies.
• Prepare client-ready proposals for research design and reporting.
• Oversee budgets and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain documentation and high quality standards across projects.
• Coach junior staff and provide professional development.
• Present findings to clients and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify KPIs, benchmarks, and demonstrate program success
