Job summary

FleishmanHillard is seeking a Vice President to lead analytics within the TRUE Global Intelligence Team in a hybrid US-based role. The position focuses on healthcare audience insights, cultural intelligence, and AI-native workflows for large client teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years of research experience, healthcare knowledge, and strong client-management skills. A bachelor’s degree is required; a hybrid in-office schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-10+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models; client-service experience preferred.
• Experience in media measurement (earned, owned, and/or paid).
• Expertise with media data collection tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Cision, Signal AI.
• Interest in AI applications and tools for AI search measurement or AI-enabled analytics.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning; translate findings into insights and storytelling.
• Strong project management; prioritize, deadlines, and multi-priority handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated research and analytics for healthcare clients; build client relationships.
• Advise clients and senior leaders with strategic recommendations based on findings.
• Counsel on intelligence and data integration strategies for accounts.
• Prepare client-ready proposals for research design and reporting projects.
• Oversee project and client financials; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain processes and documentation to deliver high-quality results.
• Own project execution and escalate data-quality issues promptly.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee deliverables; support professional development.
• Present research findings clearly to clients; translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Counsel clients on measurement best practices, KPIs, and benchmarks.
