Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• 10+ years of healthcare construction project management experience.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• PM certifications (PMP, LEED, Six Sigma) preferred.

• Lead and manage a team of project managers with mentorship and guidance.
