Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management/engineering/architecture).
• 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing budgets and client relationships.

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and scope to deliver projects on time and within budget.
