Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a VP of Projects in the Healthcare vertical to lead a team of project managers and drive successful project outcomes across multiple sites in the US.

You will set objectives with stakeholders, implement PM strategies, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while upholding quality and client satisfaction. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected as part of delivering integrated PDS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• 10+ years in project management within Healthcare construction.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Define objectives, scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PM strategies and methodologies.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally.
• Identify new business opportunities with the business development team.
• Drive a sales culture within the PDS team and lead cross-selling meetings.
• Develop client pursuit strategies and secure new projects.
