Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Vice President, Projects in the Healthcare vertical. The role leads a team of project managers, sets objectives with stakeholders, and drives innovative project delivery across global teams.

The VP will manage budgets, schedules and resources while growing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities within the PDS platform. A proven track record in leading complex healthcare projects and a strong sales mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture.
• 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams with strong communication and leadership.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools with ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and reporting.
• Excellent client management and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with focus on innovative solutions.
