Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record delivering complex Healthcare construction projects.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent client management skills with ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with focus on innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship and support for growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement PM strategies, leveraging innovative approaches to boost efficiency.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
• Promote inclusivity, wellbeing, and diverse workforce.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the business development team.
• Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.
• Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, and secure new business.
