Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects and deliver outstanding results for clients in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. You will drive planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution, and guide cross-functional teams to success.

In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, ensure projects meet time and budget goals, and champion JLL's culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 7 years PM experience, healthcare construction focus.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional project management services.
• Managing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
