Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Define objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PM strategies to improve efficiency.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams locally and globally.
• Foster inclusivity and belonging within the team.
