Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Growth & GTM Manager within the Payments Data & Analytics team. You will own the go-to-market strategy for Cash Flow Intelligence, interact with clients through demos, seminars, and meetings, and translate client intelligence into actionable product priorities.

You will collaborate with sales, product, UI/UX, data science, and engineering to grow adoption, deepen relationships, and turn insights into product value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, GTM, or client-facing domain
• Exceptional public speaking and executive presence in demos and client conversations
• Ability to translate client asks into prioritized product features
• Proven track record defining and executing go-to-market strategies
• Experience leading and developing high-performing client-facing teams
• Experience partnering with sales to grow adoption and monetization

Responsibilities

• Defines end-to-end go-to-market strategy for CFI aligning positioning, segmentation, messaging, and launch plans
• Leads executive-level client engagements, demos, seminars, and conferences and coaches the team
• Translates client intelligence into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities
• Partners with sales to drive commercialization, adoption, and monetization
• Leads and develops a team, setting standards for client engagement and demo excellence
• Builds growth metrics and communicates results to senior leadership
