Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Growth & GTM Manager within the Payments Data & Analytics team to lead the market-facing strategy for Cash Flow Intelligence (CFI). You will own GTM execution, run executive-level demos and client meetings, and translate market needs into the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with sales, product, UI/UX, data science, and engineering to drive adoption and commercial impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market, or a relevant client-facing domain.
Excellent public speaking and executive presence with client engagements at the executive level.
Ability to translate client asks into clear, prioritized product features.
Proven track record partnering with sales to grow adoption and monetization.
Experience building and leading high-performing client-facing teams; travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

Defines and owns end-to-end go-to-market strategy for CFI, aligning positioning, segmentation, messaging, and launches.
Leads external voice and client engagements, demos, seminars, and conferences, coaching the team.
Synthesizes client intelligence into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Partners with sales to drive commercialization, monitor adoption, and remove growth barriers.
Leads a team, sets standards for client engagement and repeatable GTM execution.
Builds growth metrics and communicates results to senior leadership.
