Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Vice President, Group Retirement Mutual Fund and Annuity Product Management to lead the strategic development, rollout, and ongoing management of Retirement Services’ annuity and NAV fund products. You will drive new product designs, coordinate with internal teams, and supervise a PM/PM Analyst group.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retirement plan product management.
• Knowledge of ERISA and non-ERISA retirement plan regulations preferred.
• Strong track record of developing financial products to achieve sustainable revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mutual Fund and Group Annuity Product Management team and oversee product launches.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps aligning customer needs with compelling features.
• Drive design and implementation of group and individual annuity products for defined contribution plans and rollover market.
