Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Vice President of Group Retirement Mutual Fund and Annuity Product Management to strategically develop and manage retirement services’ group annuity and NAV fund products. You will lead product teams, collaborate with internal and external partners, and align product roadmaps to market trends and client needs.

Responsibilities include launching new products, expanding across defined contribution plans, and supervising Product Managers and Analysts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management within retirement plan industry.
• Knowledge of ERISA/non-ERISA retirement plan regulations preferred.
• Strong track record in developing financial products for revenue/profitability.
• Strategic thinker with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mutual Fund and Group Annuity Product Management team for product launches and oversight.
• Develop strategic multi-year product roadmaps aligning customer needs with features.
• Drive design/implementation of group/individual annuity products for defined contribution plans and rollover market.
• Maintain expertise on products, operations, and regulatory issues.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Collaborate with sales, consultants, administrators, and asset managers on product implementation.
