Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a seasoned product delivery analyst to provide technical oversight and analytical support for Individual Retirement Fixed, Index and Variable Annuity product lines. The role collaborates across IT and Product Management to implement new developments and manage the in-force book of business.

You will scope requirements, develop robust test plans with QA/UAT, and support multiple projects focusing on technical components and UI tool enhancements, with potential for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive business analysis experience in annuity/product domains.
• Able to translate complex concepts into clear business requirements with strong writing.
• Experience with test planning and use case methodologies; knowledge of agile project management is a plus.
• Self-starter with leadership skills and ability to lead requirements sessions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and project teams to scope and document complex business systems requirements for new and in-force product initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT BAs to evaluate solutions and ensure robust test plans with QA and UAT.
• Support resolution of systems issues impacting annuity products and provide multi-project support.
• Own initiatives to support product-related user interface tools and enhancements.
• Prepare for potential team leadership in the future and drive timely, cost-effective implementations.
• Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.
