Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Product Development and Implementation Lead to oversee the lifecycle of In-Plan Retirement Income products. You will provide technical oversight, collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams, and drive product strategy in a dynamic regulatory environment.

The role requires extensive experience in annuity product development, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of launching complex products across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Annuity, Retirement Plan and Financial Services industry experience.
• 5+ years of Annuity Product Development and Management experience.
• Experience launching products through complex, cross functional organizations.
• Ability to think critically, analyze information, and evaluate implications.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective communicator across organizational levels and functions.
• FINRA S6 or S7 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and QA for In-Plan Retirement Income products with technical oversight.
• Collaborate with Project and Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify market opportunities to expand product portfolio.
• Document complex business requirements for new/enhanced capabilities with project teams.
• Assess impacts on product design, pricing strategies, and governance for portfolio growth.
• Define and execute short and long-term product strategies based on market dynamics.
