Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Retirement Income Product Manager to lead Defined Contribution Lifetime Income and other Institutional Retirement Income strategies, linking market needs to retirement product roadmaps and coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners to define the product vision and roadmap.

You will drive end-to-end product development, coordinate launches with marketing and sales, analyze market trends, and report progress to senior leadership to support Pacific Life’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a similar field.
• Extensive knowledge of retirement solutions and annuities, with a strong preference for Defined Contribution experience.
• Demonstrated 10–12 years of product development and/or product management in retirement/insurance/annuity.
• Ability to influence, partner and collaborate with divisional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define institutional lifetime income product features and documentation for cross-team development.
• Collaborate with risk, pricing, legal, finance, sales, and operations.
• Communicate alignment on retirement product initiatives for internal approvals.
• Be the retirement product expert for stakeholders across the division.
