Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a strategic Vice President & General Manager to lead sales and operations across regional rental activities. You will coach regional leaders, shape growth plans, and drive profitability in a fast-paced HVAC rental business.

Responsibilities include building key account relationships, optimizing pricing, overseeing budgets, and aligning branch performance with corporate objectives while championing safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 10+ years of management in the specialty rental industry with heating, cooling, or power equipment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business systems.
• Proven leadership with a track record of growth and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; strategic with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales and operations strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Coach Regional General Managers to meet targets and manage plans.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage account growth with key and target clients.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics across regions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to optimize costs and service quality.
• Drive safety initiatives, industry involvement, and continuous improvement.
