Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Service Manager to oversee branch operations and a team of 1-12 technicians. You will collaborate with sales to meet client needs and ensure timely, high-quality service for HVAC rentals.

The role requires 2–5 years in HVAC rentals with supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and rental software. Overtime, on-call shifts, evenings, and weekends may occur; travel could be necessary.

Formación

• 2–5 years in HVAC rental industry, preferably in management.
• Associate's degree or HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP/rental software; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely, high-quality service for customer orders.
• Oversee equipment installation, including gas connections and ductwork.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use safety gear.
• Perform HVAC start-ups, repairs, and maintenance.
• Manage logistics for equipment pick-up, reconditioning, and storage.
• Lead the service team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Implement service processes to improve customer experience.
• Ensure safety and inventory practices meet standards.
• Train Technicians on maintenance and installation.
• Respond to customer feedback to meet goals.
