Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience.
• Experience leading operations within a multi-location organization.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, equipment rental, HVAC, or related sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for branch and depot operations across locations.
• Drive cost-effective operations while upholding quality, safety, and service standards.
• Develop metrics to monitor efficiency, productivity, and improvement opportunities.
