Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead branch and depot operations and drive growth across multiple locations.

You will shape and execute operational strategies, coach leaders, ensure safety and cost management, and partner with senior leadership to scale the business while delivering reliable climate-control and power solutions for essential operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading operations within a multi-location organization.
• Experience in manufacturing, equipment rental, HVAC, or related industries preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for branch and depot operations.
• Drive cost-effective execution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Manage expenses and support branch expansion aligned with growth strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and build business cases for investments.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and collaboration with senior leadership.
