Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with business/engineering focus.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Knowledge of equipment rental industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Lead branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee sales initiatives and business growth.
• Prepare financial reports including P&L and budgets.
• Manage personnel matters and safety programs.
