UW Interco, LLC is seeking a visionary Vice President & General Manager, Coating Solutions, to steer the RDC Coatings business from roughly $12 million today to $100 million+ through organic growth, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. The role anchors the Coating Solutions platform at the McKees Rock, PA facility, combining commercial excellence with operational leadership.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in coatings, specialty materials, or related industries.
Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership with direct/indirect sales experience.
Proven track record of growing businesses via organic growth and acquisitions.
Experience leading a manufacturing site and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in strategic planning, pricing, and pipeline management.
Experience with M&A evaluation and integration is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Coating Solutions business with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.
Develop strategic growth plans to scale from $12M to $100M+.
Drive long-term growth roadmaps and investment priorities.
Manage internal customers and external partnerships to expand markets.
Build a high-performing sales organization and accelerate commercial excellence processes.
Identify and pursue new markets, channels and applications.
Lead M&A sourcing, due diligence, and integration activities.
