• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in coatings, specialty materials, or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coating Solutions business from $12M to $100M+ revenue with a scalable growth engine.
• Serve as site leader for the McKees Rocks RDC facility, shaping operations and customer outcomes.
• Drive commercial excellence: pipeline management, pricing, account planning and forecasting.
• Identify and penetrate new markets, channels, and applications; expand share of wallet.
• Develop partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate growth.
• Build a high-performing sales organization; hire and mentor staff.
• Champion AI tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
