Qualifications

• Experience taking products from R&D to plant scale-up.
• Experience mentoring lab personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Lab.
• Develop paints and coatings in the Lab for new products and improvements.
• Support manufacturing and sales with development projects.
• Improve existing products and assist customers with product issues.
• Travel 0–10%.
