Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a visionary Vice President & General Manager, Coating Solutions, to scale the RDC Coatings business from about $12 million in revenue to $100 million+ through organic growth, strategic customer expansion, and select acquisitions.

The role will be the business leader for Coating Solutions and site leader at the McKees Rocks, PA facility. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in coatings or related industries, with a proven record of leading commercial teams,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in coatings, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership with direct and indirect sales.
• Proven track record growing a business through organic and inorganic means.
• Full P&L accountability and profitability leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Coating Solutions growth from ~$12M to $100M+ revenue.
• Site leader for McKees Rock, PA RDC facility.
• Drive strategic planning, budgeting and growth investments.
• Lead a high-performing sales organization and key account management.
• Identify acquisitions and partnerships to accelerate growth.
