Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Product Manager Vice President to lead an experience product for Global Security, unifying SOCs, Executive Protection, Aviation, Intelligence, and Workforce Screening workflows.

You will partner with Engineering, Data & Analytics, UX/EX, Security Operations, and Product Delivery Managers to translate operator insight into role-based experiences with auditable workflows and dashboards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end product life cycle activities.
Experience delivering user-facing/experience products in security or operation domains.
Strong Agile background with backlog prioritization and release planning.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and vision for an integrated Global Security experience.
Manage discovery, market research, and translate insights into the roadmap.
Own, maintain, and evolve a product backlog aligned to the roadmap.
Define and track key success metrics such as adoption and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional workshops with UX/EX, Engineering and Operations.
Embed governance and compliance into features for enterprise use cases.
Lead Agile delivery including sprint planning, QA/UAT, and releases.
Collaborate with data/analytics teams to surface predictive insights.
