JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Product Associate to guide strategic security technologies, manage multi-million-dollar programs, and partner with global teams. You will analyze data, configure systems, and craft compelling executive updates to drive ROI and program success.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, present to senior leaders, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a focus on governance, risk, and security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project, program, and/or product management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messages for senior audiences.
• Knowledge of physical security tech and IT networking basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar projects and deliverables across Technical Security initiatives.
• Design, build, and configure video surveillance ecosystems and develop runbooks.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
• Perform complex data analysis, build dashboards, and report to strategic stakeholders.
• Evaluate new technologies and test security devices at scale.
• Collaborate with training teams to update procedures and metrics.
• Support compliance and audit tasks, maintaining KPIs and control evidence.
• Influence vendor roadmaps and maintain cross-team relationships.
• Engage with global security teams and other lines of business.
• Absorb complex tech details to translate into business value.
