Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Product Manager Vice President for Global Security to lead an integrated experience unifying SOC, Executive Protection, Aviation, Intelligence, and Workforce Screening workflows.

You will own product strategy, discovery, backlog, and metrics, partnering with Engineering, UX/EX, Security Operations, and ARIA teams to deliver auditable, enterprise-grade solutions that speed operator decisions and improve security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Hands-on experience delivering user-facing/experience products in enterprise security/operations.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and journey design with data API knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence for matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product discovery and prioritize roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across engineering, UX/EX, operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision for an integrated Global Security experience.
• Lead discovery and market research to uncover operator needs and map to the roadmap.
• Own and evolve a product backlog aligned to roadmap and user outcomes.
• Define success metrics: adoption, task time, workflow completion, reliability.
• Conduct operator journey analyses and usability research to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to capture requirements and align on design.
• Refine backlog: epics, stories, acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence.
• Embed governance and compliance into features for auditable experiences.
• Lead Agile delivery: sprint planning, QA/UAT, releases, issue resolution.
• Partner with data/analytics teams to surface predictive insights and dashboards.
• Track metrics and drive continuous experience improvement.
