Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Associate in Global Security to drive product development and optimization through user research and data analysis.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape the roadmap and deliver secure, high‑impact products. The role emphasizes strong communication, rigorous metrics analysis, and the ability to manage complex security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, cross‑LOB stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Aptitude to multitask and quickly learn new software, hardware, and processes; high integrity and dependability; ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
• Self‑starter who seeks guidance as needed and follows through with questions. Sound decision‑making and intellectual curiosity to pursue solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Security, project management, or product management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project (or similar tools).
• On‑site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional after‑hours support as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Collaborate with Technology teams and Product Owners to design, develop, and maintain security testing platforms and environments.
• Assist in managing multi‑million dollar projects for major Technical Security initiatives.
• Support Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks and KPIs.
• Guide updates to job aids and operating procedures; analyze metrics; prepare technical documentation.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations and live demonstrations to senior leaders.
