Qualifications

• 4+ years of project, program, and/or product management experience.
• Ability to quickly learn hardware, software, and processes, with autonomous, detail-focused work.
• Knowledge of physical security tech (Video, Access Control, Intrusion) and basic IT networking.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to present to senior audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar projects delivering major Technical Security initiatives.
• Support design, build, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems with playbooks.
• Craft polished PowerPoint presentations for executives.
• Perform complex data analysis; build dashboards and share results with strategic stakeholders.
• Evaluate new technologies and test large populations of security devices.
• Guide updates to standard procedures and document metrics.
• Support compliance tasks and provide evidence of control completion.
• Engage with third-party vendors on roadmaps.
• Build strong cross-team relationships across Global Security and other lines of business.
• Absorb complex tech details to identify business problem solutions.
