Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a VP Product Manager in Global Security to lead an integrated experience across SOCs, Executive Protection, Aviation, Intelligence, and Workforce Screening. You will guide end-to-end product life cycles, from discovery to release, translating operator insights into measurable business value.

You will partner with Engineering, Data & Analytics, UX/EX, and Security Operations to deliver auditable, enterprise-grade features with scalable workflows and role-based dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, user-centered design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Hands-on Product Management experience delivering user-facing/experience products in enterprise security, operations, or incident-management domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision for an integrated Global Security experience across multiple operator teams.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover unmet operator needs.
• Own and evolve a product backlog aligned with the roadmap and user-experience vision.
• Build and track key success metrics such as adoption, task time, and reliability.
• Conduct operator journey analyses and usability research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with UX/EX, Engineering, and Security Operations.
