Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the global Sales Engineering team, aligning with our Go-To-Market strategy and translating the product vision into customer value propositions.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive field readiness, establish KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services to enable success across customers and partners. Global travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization in line with Skyhigh Security's GTM strategy.
• Provide market and customer intelligence to Product, Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Drive technical excellence, solution outcomes and enablement for customers and partners.
• Own field readiness programs, metrics, KPI management and continuous leadership.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and channel partners to identify, support and close opportunities.
• Act as the technical face of the company to key accounts and partners, shaping the roadmap with market insights.
