Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a VP, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide Sales Engineering organization. You will align with GTM strategy, drive technical excellence, and enable partners and customers through Field CTO activities.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, marketing and services, establish KPIs, report forecasts, and manage field readiness with strong focus on outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 30+ remote/global SEs with an account-expansion mindset.
• Track record in consultative solution selling of enterprise platforms.
• Security software experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Transform GTM strategy and structure for the global Sales Engineering org.
• Establish KPIs, forecast sales results, and advise on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Services.
• Act as Field CTO translating product vision into customer value.
• Lead enablement programs and use SFDC to track KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Partners to identify, support and close opportunities.
