Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide Sales Engineering team in alignment with our GTM strategy. You will translate product vision into customer value, guide field readiness, and drive technical excellence for customers and partners.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, Marketing and Professional Services to share market insights, enablement and performance metrics, while shaping a culture of accountability and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 30+ SE professionals across geographies.
• Proven track record in consultative solution selling and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Sales Engineering organization aligned to GTM strategy.
• Define KPIs, forecast sales results, and take action on gaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services for insights.
• Act as Field CTO translating product vision into customer value.
