Job summary
Owens & Minor is seeking a strategic Head of Supply Planning Strategy & Enablement to drive world-class planning capabilities across the enterprise. You will lead governance, data quality, and system integration to optimize inventory, service, and capacity while partnering with IT, manufacturing, and commercial leadership.
The role focuses on scaled planning capabilities, technology deployment (SAP IBP, S4HANA, Kinaxis), and change leadership to advance digital transformation and planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in supply chain
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience
- 5+ years leading supply chain transformation, planning excellence, planning systems, or digital enablement programs
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and distribution networks
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead multi-year supply planning enablement roadmap
- Enhance planning capabilities, service levels, inventory performance, productivity
- Design future-state planning operating models for IBP, S&OP, and end-to-end visibility
- Define and execute planning technology strategy and system deployments
- Drive data governance, KPI development, and analytics for decision making
- Lead change management and user adoption for planning transformations
