Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks a Vice President, Strategic Pricing & Revenue Management Operations to architect and execute enterprise pricing, contracting, and margin optimization. You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to align growth initiatives with profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic pricing, revenue management, revenue operations, or finance.
Experience in healthcare distribution, medical-surgical distribution, or complex supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern enterprise pricing frameworks, policies, and parameters.
Lead the enterprise Deal Desk to evaluate and approve opportunities.
Oversee contracting, GPO management, and price agreement governance.
Build analytics to track pricing effectiveness and profitability.
Lead cross-functional transformation across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal and IT.
