Jobgether is seeking a VP, Operations based in the United States to lead post-sale operations across a global organization. You will oversee a team of 25+ across the US and India, driving onboarding, menu management, and technical account management to elevate customer satisfaction and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible operational leadership experience in technology or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams (US & India) and driving post-sale operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute operational strategy for post-sale operations.
• Lead and develop a global team across the US and India (25+ people).
• Optimize onboarding, menu management, and technical account management processes.
• Own customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, SLAs, onboarding timelines, resolution rates).
• Manage strategic enterprise relationships and serve as executive sponsor.
• Oversee onboarding of enterprise clients and ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Drive retention and account growth by reducing friction and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Establish scalable playbooks, processes, and quality controls.
