ItsaCheckmate Inc. seeks a Vice President, Operations to lead post-sale operations, uniting customer expectations, technical performance, and product execution across the US and India.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape strategy, mentor a ~25+ person global team, enhance onboarding, menu management, and Technical Account Management while driving CSAT, engagement, and scalable processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership in tech/SaaS environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-region teams (US & India).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational strategy for post-sale service org.
• Directly lead and scale a global team across US and India.
• Optimize onboarding, menu management, and TACM workflows for efficiency.
