• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong executive presence, business acumen, and stakeholder influencing ability.
• Experience transforming People teams, operating models, and programs in high-growth tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into actionable People strategies and executive-level recommendations.
• Lead quarterly executive talent and organizational reviews with HR leadership partners.
• Own the People Operations strategy, governance, and operating model for scalable execution.
• Champion AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making across People processes.
• Oversee HR operations, partners, lifecycle programs, data governance, and compliance.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide analytics insights and guidance on employee relations and organizational changes.
