Quick USA Inc. in New York is seeking a bilingual Japanese-English Global Mobility Manager to lead global mobility, immigration, and relocation for the firm and affiliates. You will partner with HR teams in the U.S. and Tokyo and coordinate with external service providers.

You will drive policy optimization, payroll and tax processes, and oversee the US Global Mobility team, fostering leadership and cross-cultural collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and advanced Japanese language proficiency.
• 7–10 years of HR/Global Mobility experience with international operations.
• Experience managing and coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of global mobility including policies, payroll, taxes, and relocation.
• Liaise with senior leadership, assignees, and external providers.
• Optimize mobility operations with Tokyo GHR and regional teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle of international assignments: relocation, onboarding, payroll, tax.
• Lead US Global Mobility team with regular meetings and career development.
• Manage immigration policies in collaboration with Legal Department.
