Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a strategic Vice President, Legal to oversee Total Rewards and Employment. The role leads a global legal function for employment, compensation, benefits, and equity, advising senior leadership and shaping workforce strategy across 170+ countries.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and executive teams to ensure compliant, competitive programs, while mitigating risk and driving scalable solutions. JD required and bar membership in good standing.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited university.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 12+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience with leadership scope.
• Extensive advising on global employment law, executive compensation, benefits and equity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global legal function across employment, compensation, benefits, and equity.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce strategies and risk management.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Finance to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Manage external counsel and build high-performing teams.
