Job summary

Veeam seeks an experienced labor and employment attorney to partner with People & Culture and leadership across the Americas. You will advise on hiring, performance, leaves, terminations, and wage-and-hour concerns, while managing disputes and regulatory matters globally.

You will influence policy, drive compliance with multi-jurisdictional requirements, and support immigration, compensation, equity, and benefits programs in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in U.S. federal and state employment law.
• Experience advising on hiring, performance, leaves, terminations, and reductions in force.
• Ability to translate complex law into practical guidance for leadership.
• Experience working with multijurisdictional employment matters and immigration matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise People & Culture and leadership on global employment matters and disputes.
• Manage employment litigation, arbitrations, and agency charges with外outside counsel.
• Draft and update scalable employment policies and processes.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations and risk communication.
• Support M&A employment due diligence and workforce integration.
