HP's Legal organization oversees all legal matters worldwide, including government relations, brand security, intellectual property, ethics and compliance, and regional legal support. The VP, Legal - Total Rewards & Employment will lead legal oversight across employment, compensation, benefits, and equity for about 50,000 employees in 170+ countries.

This leadership role shapes HP's legal strategy in a complex regulatory environment while enabling talent and business objectives.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited university with strong academic credentials.
• Active bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global employment, labor, compensation, benefits, and equity legal strategy.
• Advise on executive compensation, incentive plans, and equity programs.
• Provide legal guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, performance, and separations.
• Mitigate legal, financial, and reputational risks across workforce practices.
