Job summary

HireRight, a Nashville-based leader in background screening and workforce solutions, seeks a Vice President of Global Human Resources to drive unified HR leadership across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Services, and HRBPs. This role partners with the CHRO to translate enterprise strategy into an actionable people program and to align HR services with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience partnering with C-suite or senior leadership on enterprise people strategy.
• Proven track record leading and developing HR leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect HR strategy to financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience leading global or multi-region HR teams.
• Experience in private equity–backed, high-growth, or tech-enabled companies.
• Experience with M&A integration, organizational restructuring, or rapid-growth environments.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, UKG) and people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to develop and execute HireRight's enterprise HR strategy.
• Serve as a member of the extended HR leadership team for workforce planning and org design.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent risk, and change management.
• Represent HR in executive forums and support CHRO as needed.
• Build and optimize the HR operating rhythm, governance, and metrics.
