HP is seeking a Vice President, Legal - Total Rewards & Employment to lead the legal oversight of employment, compensation, benefits, and equity for ~50,000 employees across 170+ countries. This role partners with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to drive compliant, competitive workforce programs globally.

You will shape strategy, governance, and risk management for total rewards while guiding executive compensation and mobility programs in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Formación

• JD from an accredited university with strong academic credentials.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 12+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience with significant leadership scope.
• Demonstrated experience advising on global employment law, executive compensation, benefits, and equity programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide legal strategy for employment, compensation, benefits, and equity.
• Advise on the structure and governance of global equity programs and compensation plans.
• Provide employment and labor advisory across the employee lifecycle and international frameworks.
• Mitigate legal, financial, and reputational risk while partnering with HR, Finance, and executives.
