Qualifications

• 15+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Management in large global orgs.
• Experience building leadership development programs across multiple levels.
• Ability to translate business strategy into capability agendas.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Pfizer’s enterprise L&D strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead leadership development strategy from first-time to senior leaders.
• Identify skill gaps via data and partnerships, building scalable programs.
• Own AI Fluency; embed AI literacy into learning pathways.
• Evolve learning strategy for diverse employee types and work environments.
• Lead a 35-person team with a $14M budget; ensure ROI on learning.
• Partner with Chief Talent Officer and executive team on enterprise priorities.
• Establish analytics connecting learning investment to outcomes.
• Manage external partners and platforms for a modern learning ecosystem.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
