Qualifications

• 15+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Management in a global, matrixed org.
• Proven leadership development strategy design and delivery across multiple levels, including executives.
• Experience aligning learning with business strategy and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Pfizer's enterprise L&D strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead leadership development curricula for all levels from first-time leaders to senior executives.
• Identify skill gaps via data and partner with business to translate into scalable programs.
