Job summary

AECOM is seeking a high-impact Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction. The role focuses on defining and executing the US strategy for engagement with defense primes/OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery, including manufacturing, training, and program office spaces.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction for Defense Primes / OEM clients
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Experience leading accounts and multi-region delivery

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Lead relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders across regions.
• Report to the Global Design Practice SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth.
