Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a dynamic VP of Global Field Operations to lead Americas, EMEA and APJI Revenue Operations. This role reports to SVP Revenue Ops in a $1B SaaS business and drives the global go-to-market cadence, forecast accuracy and pipeline health.

You will scale the 'Pod' model, optimize AE productivity, align compensation with strategy, and champion standardized engagement methodologies across theaters.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with SaaS field-ops experience at scale.
• Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline.
• Experience implementing field models and productivity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales execution, forecasting, and pipeline health across regions.
• Scale Pod model and optimize quota carrier vs non-quota structures.
• Standardize customer engagement methodologies across theaters.
• Oversee compensation, territory carving and quota management.
• Partner with services and partners to improve deal outcomes.
• Drive friction reduction in quote-to-cash processes.
