Responsibilities
  • Own the design and execution of the global operating cadence, establishing a consistent rhythm of business through structured health assessments, performance reviews, and targeted remediation actions.
  • Manage global weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting, ensuring high accuracy and transparency across all regions.
  • Set and monitor global pipeline standards for creation, coverage, and conversion, implementing inspection cadences to identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Drive regional adherence to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring bookings targets are met within the defined Sales/GTM cost envelope.
  • Lead the field implementation of the “Pod” structure, ensuring efficient ratios between quota carriers and non‑quota carriers (Sales, Services, Renewals).
  • Implement active performance management frameworks at the field level, using data to drive accountability and identify top‑tier versus underperforming units.
  • Directly monitor and improve “Productivity per AE” by identifying and removing friction in the localized sales process.
  • Champion the standardized Customer Engagement Lifecycle (CEL) in the field, owning sales processes, practices, and workflows that cross‑functionally deliver successful outcomes.
  • Standardize sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling) across global theaters to ensure a common language and predictable outcomes.
  • Partner with Strategy & Planning to align compensation with desired field behaviors and provide real‑time feedback on incentive efficacy.
  • Oversee the annual and mid‑year territory carving and quota distribution process, ensuring equitable and optimized coverage across all segments and regions.
  • Enable the field to execute the partner‑led revenue strategy, supporting partner involvement in deals and driving PS/MS attach rates during the deal cycle.
  • Work with Deal Operations to ensure high‑velocity, high‑integrity deal structuring and adherence to global pricing and packaging standards.
  • Identify and reduce regional bottlenecks in the quote‑to‑cash process, partnering with strategic programs to deploy scalable solutions.
  • Directly manage and mentor regional operations leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and positioning RevOps as a career destination.
  • Serve as a change agent, modeling new AI‑guided tools and processes to encourage field adoption.
  • Report on key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, net NARR growth, AE quota attainment, pipeline cover ratio, and sales/GTM cost envelope.
